We can provide projectors, projector stands, screens, DVD players, laptop computers for Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, along with a public address system with microphones and a CD player for background music, all coupled with a DVD player and laptop.

We can provide fixed (cabled) microphones, radio microphones, lapel microphones and can also provide a portable hearing aid "loop system" for your event. Hearing aid users just need to switch the hearing aid to the "T" position.

We can provide recording equipment for meetings and presentations if needed, both audio and visual.

Audio recordings can be made onto cassette tape, minidisc, CD, or MP3.

We can also provide lecterns, complete with reading light and clip on microphone.

Space is available at the front of the lectern for your company logo.
