Board Meetings

We provided audio and visual equipment for a meeting in a hotel, using a lectern, full sound system, large projector screen, LCD projector and projector stand.

We setup the equipment well in advance on the day and stayed at the hotel to ensure everything ran smoothly during the conference.

Board Meeting - A County Council Event

We were asked to provide sound for a board meeting, which we do very frequently. The system consisted of 20 small microphones for each member of the board, along with a hearing loop installed temporarily in the hall. They also required the entire meeting recorded. This was achieved via a digital format, which was then edited, and a download link sent to the client within 48 hours. An engineer remained on site throughout, to ensure audio levels were balanced well for both inside the hall, and for the recording. This ensured that the client could focus on their meeting and not worry about operating the sound or recording equipment.
